How to get data off Lotus Notes server

Hello. We have a server issue and need to get all of the Lotus Notes information off of the server.  The goal is to transfer to another database, i.e. Access for historical data and input live, current information into our SAP/CRM system. Lotus Notes is being used currently for customer service/field service repairs and on-site calls.  The problem is that the only person with Administrator privileges has left the company and we have no other resource available to help us with this task.  The server is old and has already failed once.  Is there a way to get all of the information into a flat file or even a spreadsheet?

Thank you.

Not easily, it depends on the structure that was chosen for the database(s), on the Access database you intend to fill, and on the number and size of the applications.

Wouldn't it be a lot easier, for the time being, to hire an external Admin to help you with your Domino Administration? I know some people who could do that for you, using remote access if that's allowed (I could help you out as well if need be, even though I'm in France). You could even consider to move your server to the cloud...

What Notes version do you have, on what O/S, so we know a little about the environment? Domino  is actually quite reliable, even on older hardware, so you could run the same environment for some time if that's necessary.
Hi,
There is a manual solution available to export lotus notes server data in Excel Sheet or CSV file format. For doing it manually you can read the article from this:-

http://blog.texasswede.com/export-notes-view-to-excel-with-multi-value-fields/

http://searchdomino.techtarget.com/tip/How-to-export-data-from-a-Lotus-Notes-database-to-a-CSV-file

Frankly speaking, I do not try this solution ever to export lotus notes to csv because I am afraid of losing my crucial lotus notes server data. If you want to perform the task in most professional then you can use Lotus Notes to CSV tool.

If I'm correct, Asker intends to archive data from (mainly) non-mail databases. If that's the case, none of the tools or articles will help. There are a lot of ways to get data out of Notes, but you'll lose the structure if you don't do it carefully.
