Cannot send/receive after Exchange 2013 Migration

Good Afternoon,

I am in the process of migrating from Exchange 2007 to 2013.  I am to the point where I have migrated three mailboxes, successfully, and am ready to move forward with the rest of our environment.  However, I cannot send or receive emails from the migrated mailboxes.  I have researched several articles in reference to the send and receive connectors.  I can use Putty and communicate via Telnet and receive and reply that way.  I'm confident that it's my connector's, but not sure what to change.  Any assistance is appreciated, and I know additional information will be required, and I can provide it.  Thank you in advance.

What's the error message?

There isn't one, it just holds them in my Outbox.   I've tried both internal, and external.
I'm getting ready to dig through event viewer, and see if I can luck out and find something there.
When you go to the Exchange queue viewer do you see any error code?

There are no error codes, no.  Here is one thing I noticed in Event Viewer.  In our send connectors, there are two Edge Sync Connector's, one is disabled, and another disabled:
User generated imageWe do not have an Edge server, and in the Event Viewer, I'm seeing this:
User generated image
Obvious transport issue, so is that something in IIS, perhaps?
I'm an Exchange newbie, so pardon my lack of knowledge.

Thank you Christ and Tom for your helpful replies.  I am now able to send internal with no problem.  When I try to send outbound, whether from OWA, or from an Outlook client in our domain, I am getting this error:
User generated image
I'm wondering if it is something with my MX record??

Again, I appreciate your assistance, I'm very new to Exchange, and this has been quite the learning experience.

Correction, internal emails aren't working either, my apologies.  I can email into the domain from OWA is all.
The fallowing organization rejected your message.
This error usually mean that your server can;t be verified.
Double check if your Exchange name EXBMX has A record and it's listed in SPF record (TXT) and your external IP you're sending from is in your SPF record as well
Also check your MX (mail exchanger) record.

This error pointing to your revers lookup zone that is related to your SPF record.
Double check your external DNS

If you don't know how to create SPF record you can use SPF record generator

http://www.spfwizard.net/

and copy over data to your External DNS

I am now able to send/receive inbound and outbound.  It was a setting on the firewall, of course.  One last question.  I have two test email accounts.  The first one, ttest, I'm able to send/receive internally and externally, with OWA and with an internal Outlook client.  I have another account, ttest2, I can send externally, but now can't send internally.  Is this a permissions issue?  Is this going to happen with everyone when I migrate?
