It's hard to determine what criteria I should use to determine if there are 13-row sets. There needs to be something that is absolutely true about every first row in the set.

If I use the color of the cell in column "E", that's not the same at row 238.

If I use a value in column "F", there's no value in row 615.

I could divide the total number of rows by 13, and it didn't come out even, I could say "one or more sets has either more or less than 13 rows", but I couldn't tell you where the problem was.

What should I do? Is there something about the first or last row in a set that is always true?

well i don't to say for sure
because the numbers change as we going
but  13 make one set and have to be all over the list in the column
What does "have to be all over the list in the column" mean?
what  I mean is that are numbers
but they change as keep going

the only secure is the have to be in 13 set
may be add an count 1 from to 13 and beging again
someting like this

Do you mean that you will do that, or that my code for this question should do that?

You don't understand what I am saying. The numbers 1 to 13 that you show must be in the data BEFORE my code runs. If I have to add them it won't help without some way of knowing where to put the "1"'s.

There is no way of telling if one or more sets is bad unless the data in the first or last row of the set fits some sort consistent of pattern.

No hay manera de saber si uno o más conjuntos son malos a menos que los datos de la primera o última fila del conjunto se ajusten a algún tipo de patrón consistente.
