Experts,

I have a form and want to use the Conditional Formatting to shade [MarginRate] if today's date is >= [FromDate] but <[ToDate].  I cant seem to get it working.  Appreciate the help.

If you are using Split Form, conditional formatting works fine.. from Menu  command.

Gustav, do you mean like this:

User generated image
It doesn't seem to format though.
Use Field Value ... Between  ..... Field 1 and Field 2. i guess it shall work.
pl see attached screen shot. if your DB resembles mine, it can work.
I am not an expert but i have tried and tested some conditional formatting..
Thanks

It's not "Field value is" but "Expression Is" to select - as you did above.
That will work.

Between .. And  will not work as the will include Date() in the selection of ToDate.

pdvsa,

You might need to wrap each of those conditions in ( ), but otherwise, it should work.
Is there a chance that either of those date fields will be NULL? If so, you need to account for that as well.
