Sync Issue - Sent Items on Outlook 2016

Hi Sir/Madam,

I'd like to ask one question regarding that Sync Issue at the Sent Items of Outlook 2016.
Basically, There are two users, who are using the same Version of outlook for one of Exchange Email account (e.g trackmail@example.com).
There is no issue of Sync at the Inbox such as FLAG STATUS which is the one I mean Sync .

At the Sent Items, if one of the user changes the status of Flag, It is not appear that changes to other user.
(E-G) one user changed to Flag status of Tick, other user didn't see that Tick status.
If you don't mind, could you please give some solution regarding that Sync issue.
