Backup Strategy
We have Backup Retention defined as follows.
Daily backups : 5 weeks
Weekly Backups : 1 year
Monthly backups :2 years.
Yearly Backup : Infinity.
If understand :
Weekly Backup will backup only the Data that is available on that day (The end of the week).
after 5 weeks, the daily backups images will be expired , and we may have some Data that the Weekly backup did not grab.
Is this Correct ?
if so the same issue might apply for other Retentions (Monthly , Yearly).
Unless if there is an archiving storage , I do not see how you can keep the Data available for any date if resquested for restore.
Any suggestions ?

In an obvious extension -- any file that you create and delete the very same day will never be backed up and will be lost forever.what I said above :for instance if a file has been created on Monday and backed up the same night, then if the same file gets deleted on Tuesday

As long as it is in the incremental back up, it should be on the Full backup

assuming the daily backups are incrementals or differentials, means they will have the changes on the files and folders, for instance if a file has been created on Monday and backed up the same night, then if the same file gets deleted on Tuesday, we'll still have it on the Incremental backup done on Monday Night.
On Saturday/Sunday , the full backup aslo will have the deleted file on it.
