Powershell script to import email address from csv file

I would like to know if anyone would be able to assist me with a powershell script. I assume its pretty simple but I am not very versed in PS. My csv file has First name, Last name, and email address. I need to make sure first name and last name match AD users and if so import the email address into the general email field.
