I am getting below error while sending email out from my outlook 2013

so u meant the destination email server didn't allow as it had mail essentials, so what I have to do then

The EE article given mentioned that "5.7.1 Permissions problem. For some reason the sender is not allowed to email this account. Perhaps an anonymous user is trying to send mail to a distribution list."
This is just an example scenario.

No it simply means it could be that the sender is being greylisted and waiting to let thru. If possible, have the receiving server put you on their whitelist as safe sender. u write this above and then u write

Both are practically the same thing. I would get in touch with the receiving email administrator and see if he can help me out.
I know you are not using MailEssentials but the error pertains to sender being blocked by the email server. Have you tried unblocking or whitelisting the sender?
