Chrome: Cannot find installed extension (Window resizer)

A while back, I installed the Chrome Windows Resizer. It allows you to resize your browser window to various sizes (e.g. 1366x768 I think).

This week, i added another Chrome extension (LastPass). Now, I can't find the icon for Windows Resizer. I tried reinstalling, but was told it's already in Chrome.
Here's a screenshot of my extensions. I'm thinking maybe I "ran out of room" but not sure how to expand that screen area...
Btw, clicking on the three dots does not work: it brings up a menu of Chrome options such as History and Bookmarks.

You can also right click things on that toolbar and "Hide in chrome menu"

@Chris-Trying again...my last comment was inaccurate so I deleted.
Windows Resizer is listed (per your first comment) in my extensions. However (per your second comment), even after I hid two or three extensions I don't use, Winows Resizer did not reappear on the toolbar.

Hide extensions
To hide your extensions, click and drag your address bar to the right.
To hide individual extensions, right-click the icon and select Hide in Chrome Menu.
To see your hidden extensions, click More More.
Show extensions
To show extensions you've hidden, click and drag the address bar back to the left.
To bring hidden extensions back to the Chrome toolbar, click More More, right click the extension, and select Show in toolbar. Some extensions won't have this option.

Yes! Dragging the address bar revealed Windows Resize.
Next thing: Could you please clarify "More More" and the step(s) that follow?

If so, click it, then on the left, click extensions, this should show your entire list of installed extensions.
