Javascript image manipulationcrop-image
I have images that come in with ugly white borders when they don't fill the entire space of the canvas.
I did alot of googling and ran across this below.
stack overflow example
This does exactly what I want, however it does nothing for me. I just get a blank page. I copied the code verbatim and have no idea what else I may need to do to make this function for me.
I'm guessing that maybe I'm supposed to be linking to some type of javascript library? Or what else is needed that may not be showing in this example?
Need help making the link above work as others have said it works, so where could I be going wrong?

I didnt realize this was a client side solution. The images I receive had ugly white borders of various dimensions that needed to be intelligently cropped off. I am not in control of it as the images are already uploaded and just need to be fixed. I have since changed the process to do it server side

I will use this in the future for reference should I need a client side solution. However I havent really tested as I moved on to server side cropping rather than the client side browser solution
