Creating multiple backup schedule in Windows Server Backup

Hi,

I have a scheduled backup in SBS2011 windows server backup and it runs at the end of each day to an external USB hard drive.
I bought another external USB HD (F drive) to store "MidDay Backup" that would run at 12:01pm.
Since I can only create one backup job in GUI of Windows Server Backup, I started researching and discovered that I could use "WBadmin"  script along with Task Scheduler to create additional backup jobs. Here is the command.

WBadmin start backup -backuptarget:F: –include:C: -allcritical -systemstate -vssfull

With this, I have a few questions.
(1) Is it going to perform full backup every day or incremental backup after initial full backup?
(2) Would it show the result of "Mid-Day" backup in Windows Server Backup along with the results of existing scheduled backup?
(3) If I want to restore some files from this Mid-Day backup set, do I use GUI interface or command line?
(4) Finally do you see any problem in doing this?

Any reason you're not using the SBS Back up wizard where you can create schedules?

"Any reason you're not using the SBS Back up wizard where you can create schedules?"--> my understanding is that you can create only one backup schedule in Windows Server Backup. Does SBS Backup wizard allow you to create multiple backup jobs?

My intention is to create multiple backup schedule in Windows Server Backup, not changing existing scheduled task.
