How do I remove previous exchange server showing up in EMC under Server Configuration -> Hub Transport?

Last Modified: 2017-05-06
Some has cleaned out Active Directory of all records of our previous exchange server 2010 however they left records under the database section which I found using ADSI edit. I have removed them but the old exchange server is still showing in the EMC under Server configuration > Hub Transport. Further more the mailboxes from the old server are showing up under Recipient Configuration > Mailboxes and I can't remove them.

What can I do?

Can I reinstall Exchange on the new exchange server now that I have got rid of the databases from the old server using ADSI edit?

If that doesnt fix the issue. What version of Exchange are you using curerntly?

Yes that has been done , however now my problem is  OWA works but I get error "cannot open default  email  folders.  Exchange  is unavailable "  when I zet up the profile in control  panel and  then open  up  outlook.

Thanks for the pointer.  It is appreciated.
