Can you ping the IP address of your synology?
Hi Abraham,
Can you access the webUI from the problematic PC?
Can you post a screenshot of the error when opening the share?
Thanks

Server restart is not a solution. This solution will not help others in future.
Restart might have cleared your cached user-name and passwords.
As per the error posted above it is due to multiple usernames used for mapping drives.
Synology will use its local username or domain username if it is added to domain.

1- I have no map drive to the synology
2- I tried with local domain uses non worked I even created a new user and did work.
I agree Server restart is not a solution. But disagree that This solution will not help others in future as it may and at least worth trying. I would not accept this as a the solution when if someone would offer a solution but since there was no activity this issue the is far batter then leave the question open without offering anything since it "may" work.
