Hi All, 
 
I've got to set this up soon for a client, and from research I can see the process is pretty much the same for 2013/2016? 
 
I understand the process of creating Tags, Types of Tags and linking them to policies etc. 
 
My Question Is: 
 
Does anyone have any real world examples of settings and best practices? 
I.E. 
Set DPD to Delete all mail after X Years) 
Set RPD To; 
Inbox - Move to archive after X Days 
Deleted Items - &nbsp;Delete after X Days 
Sent Items - Delete after X Days 
Calendar - Move to Archive after X Days 
 
etc etc
