Seeking help in a VBA Function code.
I got the attached code from some where on the net but giving compiler error when I put it in a Module to create a Public Function.
I am not expert in VBA, but I can mange with some help.
A related question :
Why non-English characters became "??????" when loaded into the Module ?!

The question marks are not garbled text, they exist in the code as question marks.
As I mentioned previously, if the keyboard language is set to English, when you copy the code it will change the characters not existent in English to question marks.

Pls take note that :
Using NoToTxt2(...) is more general.
It enables you to specify any kind of Foreign Language, as long as that Language is added in your Windows.
So it is more general and very strong. This was made by some Egyptians who work is the Gulf Countries.
Try It .
But I must admit that I wouldn't be able to do it without your help.

Syntax wise it is working.
Now I only see garbled text in the Worded box as in the attached:
It seems that am missing something in between related to the Language set up although I checked it to my best.
