Hi EXPERTS,
I removed internet explorer 11 from my computer, I then added it back on and now I can't find it under programs or desktop.

windows 7, yes I did that but i can't find EI.
Go to control Panel, programs and features, turn windows features on and off. See if its checked off or not.
If its checked uncheck it which will uninstall it, reboot go back to control panel, programs and features, turn windows features on and off (left side) and select it again, see if it installs it.
I you cannot find it in Windows features, You need to install a Windows Repair Install with an In-place Upgrade.

OK LET ME CHECK THAT ASAP
Don't look at Programs and Features, look at Turn Windows Features on or off
Ramin, Turn on and off Windows Features is under Programs and Features.... :)
Yes Edward, I think he was searching for IE in programs and features list,
@Frank see it on the left on my screen shot. Click that and look for IE there.
Depending on your OS you may reinstall the older version which you can later upgrade. For example Windows 7 comes with IE 8.
Do you see iexplore.exe here?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer

The first is IE 64-bit and the second is IE 32-bit/
You also have another Option to Restore your System back to the point it had Internet Explore with system restore.
Just press Windows Key + R
Type and run IExplore
Type and run IExplore
You can right click on the iexplore program (found where we showed above), copy, and then paste the shortcut on your desktop. That will work. Use the 32-bit version from Program Files (x86)
HOW did you remove IE exactly? if you deleted teh IE exe file - it's gone

I think more than one of us gave you the same answer here.
Go to control panel > programs and features > Windows features > check the tick of Internet Explorer, OK, and Restart.
then in search bar type "Internet Explorer"
if that didn't help then you need to install a Windows Repair Install with an In-place Upgrade.
