Multiple Domains in Exchange 2016, Outlook 2010

I setup a new 2016 Exchange mail server.  There are two domains, both receive mail OK.  Some users get mail from both domains, like

fred@domain1.com and fred@domain2.com - how can I configure Fred's Outlook to get messages from both domains?

How can Fred get email from both domains using OWA?

How can I export public folders from 2003 and import to 2016?

Hi  Dstp7334,
-->fred@domain1.com and fred@domain2.com - how can I configure Fred's Outlook to get messages from both domains?
Please check this to add multiple SMTP addresses to a single mailbox.
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123794(v=exchg.160).aspx
Or you can configure 2 mailboxes in one outlook.

-->How can Fred get email from both domains using OWA?
If fred's account has multiple SMTP addresses added he will receive both emails in OWA but reply only from primary SMTP else he has to open multiple OWA in multiple browsers in a PC.

-->How can I export public folders from 2003 and import to 2016?
If I understand your query Please have a look.
