AT&T sip management portal

Is there a portal for AT&T SIP trunk customers? We've asked our AT&T sales rep and Tech consultant over and over for this information but they can't seem to find it. I want to be able to forward DIDs which are part of our SIP trunks. So simple - yet so complex for the behemoth.

Thanks for the URL. With carrier XO Communications they had a "Business Center" portal that let me view or pay bills as well as forward DIDs, set up automatic call forwarding, block calls and other feathers. So I assumed AT&T must have something similar as that feature set has been in place for many years now at XO Communications.

You may have had a different service, xo VoIP in the cloud acted as your pbx.
Or was the setup the same, internal pbx with a sip. Trunk from XO?
AT&T at the link has VoIP Cloud meaning they function as your pbx.

Nope. XO delivered SIP circuits to our Cisco ISRs - 28xx and 3845. Those then passed calls to CUCM via internal SIP trunks.
But still XO let me program forwarding, blocking etc in their business center product.

My current company has SIP trunks from AT&T. Talking with the rep yesterday he said that in order to program them we had to have "enhanced" SIP or something. Anyhow we never were able to get to the bottom as to if whether the functionality of AT&T SIP "enhanced" would all me to forward on the fly or if I'd have to call in requests for DID forward etc.

I am not sufficiently familiar with AT&T offering, but it seems from your comment they have two offerings, one is a large pipe that they have no management/individual line differentiation.
The enhanced would presumably be a managed solution.......

before altering your setup, ask if they can provide you a demo of the "enhanced" sip trunk interface along with cost differential.

What feature do you want, the ability on the carrier side to route dids to cell phones to avoid consuming your simulteneous con and bandwidth?

The simple feature I was seeking was to be able to forward/unforward DID's at will. In the end I think we're just going to pay for them to forward a subset of DID's using old fashioned method (UHR?)

That might be what "enhanced" means and make sure the features you are after are included....
