We are currently running SQL2016 SSRS on a SQL 2012 R2.  We just updated the SSRS 2016 to SP1 CU2 as we applied the same update to our 2016 SQL Servers.  After we applied the updates we are now receiving errors on some of the reports.  The error is as follows:

Could not load mobile report
The report may be misconfigured, the data may not be available, or the server version may be unsupported.

If you look in the logs you see this error every time you generate the report error:
ERROR: [0qqkbnx0]: XSRF Failed (ExpiredTokenHeaderTimestamp)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

"the server version may be unsupported": That could be a true statement. Datasets can access any server for which you can find drivers, but the RS service version is expected to match the ReportServer database server version, unless something has changed recently.

You could try it with a SQL Server 2016 server hosting the ReportServerx databases, and see if it goes away.

Thanks for your help.  The issue ended up being the enhanced security Microsoft added to CU2.  The old cookies in the browser were not good anymore.  All cookies had to be removed then the site added new trusted cookies.
