Migrate calendar from 2003 to 2016

The receptionist sends out calendar appointments from her outlook to other company users.  Since I imported all the psts from the old server she is not able to change the appointments because the users revert back to the old server.  Is there a way to globally fix

How did you migrate the users to the new environment?
Can you clarify what was meant by "because the users revert back to the old server"?  Why would they connect back to the old server if you switched them to the new Exchange server?

Good question.  I copy the old profile to the new profile and it copies the outlook.nk2 file - so when the users tries to send to someone local it tries to go to the old server.  The recep sent a appointment to a user and tried to change the date but it wouldn't work
migrated the users using a 3rd party tool (LEPIDE, I think)

Hi,
I agree with Wayne that You can migrate calendar of office 2003 to 2016 by creating Exporting the Outlook Contacts and Calendars in CSV format then import this csv file in outlook 2016.
Here is the way to export PST to CSV
  1. Click on File tab > Open > Import.
  2. Import and Export wizard will open. Select Export to a file and click on Next
  3. Export to a File: select Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click on Next.
  4. Now select the folder you want to export to a CSV file and click on Next.
  5. Click on Browse and select a location and type a name for new CSV file. Click on Next.
  6. Click on Finish.
  7. Select the date in between you want to export the data into CSV file. Click on OK.
  8. The Import and Export process in progress. Please wait until it gets completed.

Thanks & Regards

any information if sender is getting any non-delivery report?
Amit - you need to open your own question regarding your issue.  This thread is pertaining something else.  You're level 14, you SHOULD know that by now!
My guess is that she created the appointment on Friday for May 22 before we switched to 2016 and is trying to reschedule to May 15th post conversion.  I'll verify and update the case tomorrow.  Thanks for all the suggestions
Have you verified the the legacyExchangeDN from Exchange 2003 was migrated or added as an x500 to each user?  Outlook address caching is pretty much set to this entry.
