adding Exchange 2016 to Existing environment failed

We had an Exchange 2016 Server installed on AD. I just uninstalled the Exchange 2016 server and demote the AD. and reinstall the Exchange 2016, but failed.
the log file showed Event ID 7031 "The Microsoft Exchange Service Host service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 5000 milliseconds: Restart the service." there is problem to launch installation or uninstallation page. what should I do?

the server is windows 2012 r2 standard. other two servers are exchange 2016 with DAG.

No, I didn't promote any server to DC since we have two DCs already. this Server was a DC and Exchange 2016. I uninstalled Exchange and demoted as member server then I am trying install exchange 2016 again, but failed. is there anyway i can fix the problem to start the Exchange Service Host service ? otherwise I need manually uninstall the Exchange server from existing organisation.

I didn't write down the error message. it stopped at step 12 of 18. You are right Amit, It is better to reformat the server and reinstall the Exchange Server.
