I don't think you can - if the theme was created as a bespoke theme for the site then it is not one that you can purchase.

The fact that the URL for the theme points to a dodgy end point indicates whoever developed it is not that interested in selling it. Usual practice with theme developers out to make money is to point potential clients to a page with a Buy Now button.

Having said that I did a Google on "totally nude Wordpress theme" which lead me here

The page mentions Elliot Jay - there might be information there on how to contact the developer to find out if the theme is for sale.
