Texting a Sim Card in a Computer

We recently put in mobile data cards for all Exec's in the Company. We were asked if there is a way for these computers to send and receive text message to and from these computers. I am completely unaware of if this is possible and seeking out documentation is a little tough to find. Maybe someone here has had experience with this?

On the HUAWEI LTE 8327 USB stick, when you insert it, the main menu comes up, and send a new SMS message is on the menu

Here is a bit of a tutorial (slow site)

I should have mentioned it is for USA and on the T-Mobile network.
It depends on the stick and ISP. In general, you can do this (USA can do whatever can be done in Canada), but you need to ask your ISP for specifics. In general you can do this.
Okay I will get in touch with T-Mobile, thank you.

The answer is NO.

Text messaging is limited to incoming account notifications from T-Mobile.

Will you consider using Google Voice to send and receive SMS?

Just like your T-Mobile number to Google Voice and your executive can send and receive SMS on any computer connected to the Internet.
