Could not access to OWA/ECP from external in Exchange 2016

I'm not sure forum existed this subject. Anyway, May i ask here please.
Currently, I could not access OWA/ECP from External in Exchange 2016 while i connected Internal as well.
What's i checked ?
(1) I did test "Outlook Autodiscover" at https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and result is,
1/ The host name resolved successfully.
2/ The port 443 was opened successfully
3/ The certificate name was validated successfully.
(2) I think all record, CName, MX has right setting on Public DNS. Because, I could ping and lookup the domain from internet.
(3) On EAC --> Server --> Virtual Directories -->OWA/ECP: Internal URL and External URL was the same.
Could you let me know which one must i troubleshoot to ?

Sure, I tried to https://mail.abc.com/owa.
The error messages is "Can't reach this page. Detail: The DNS server might be having problems. Error code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND"

Are you getting same error using Https://localhost/owa ?

You're right. The problem is firewall issue. Now i could access to OWA/ECP from internal, but I again got other problem with MS-Outlook.
MS-Outlook could not access Exchange server from External (Internal worked well), the outlook status is alway show "Trying connect to Exchange Server".
Could you please help me troubleshoot ?

May i know what is the error code or message you receiving while access OWA & ECP?
Did you try to access OWA & ECP using serverfqdn? Https://ServerFQDN/owa & Https://localhost/OWA ?
