Error logging in from SSIS (But NOT SSMS)

A new database was set up, to which I have access.  Only 2 tables and neither has data.

I can login from SQL Server Management Studio.

However, I get the following error when I test a connection from SSIS:

"Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Logon failed for login (blah) due to trigger execution"

I've done the Google searches, but can't find anything specific.

Well the error (or message its not really an error) states its a trigger. Look in objectexplorer serverobjects and trigger (menus are on the top of my mind and might differ slightly). There you will probably find the culprit. To see what they do you can script them to abquery windiw. If you rightclicj and enabke is gray, then its enabked.
