I took youtube.com out of search because youtube.com results are always videos

first result (for me)

there is no 12 minute 22 second video

large companies trick google AND ME that there is a video on the page

I am looking for videos longer than 4 minutes
youtube.com has a search where video is longer than 20 minutes (which is longer than 4 minutes) but too few results

1. How does company trick google? Or why does google think that a video is on that page?

2. How can I find MANY (few are longer than 20 minutes) videos longer than 4 minutes?

I wrote in text box that I did not like the results of all searches, not one search; so finding the video
