When scanning as document in Adobe Acrobat 8 the pdf is 1,242. &nbsp; In Adobe Acrobat XI, I scan the same document, I can get it as low as 4806, but that is after Optimizing a second time after the initial scan. (which is also set to optimize)<br />

The settings are the same for the fields that still had the same option in both versions. &nbsp; I see a lot of users having the same issues with XI. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />

Has anyone had these same issues of color scanning size not reducing in V. XI to the same size as V 8, and if so, any suggestions. &nbsp; Version 8 worked great with just changing the DPI.
