If users do not need to create Access applications, they should be using the FREE, MS Access runtime.  That allows them to run applications created by others but not create or modify objects themselves.   Then you don't have to worry about licensing.

Please respond to this request within the next 4 days with an explanation of the grade you awarded here. After this time, a Moderator will re-review this question, and may change the grade as they see

no problem for me let the Moderator deiced himself

for me i don't find any real useful answer for this question. and this is not a technical question this a license and legal issue question

so if you have no idea about it don't answer Moderator answer which lead to no way of help

like ask Microsoft expert  - or you cannot convince auditors or you talk far a way from the main topic like using the FREE, MS Access runtime

so in fact nobody give any real useful answer

again this is license question if you know answer if not don't answer
You asked "is this will be legal from Microsoft perspective", which I interpreted to be "Is my scenario legal in regard to Microsoft licensing". We gave the only answer possible - ask Microsoft. They're the ones who provide those licenses, and they're the ones who decide what is or is not legal. So the only entity that could tell you whether it's legal from the Microsoft perspective is ... Microsort.

this is not a technical question this a license and legal issue question
That is exactly right. This was a Licensing and Legal question, and all we can do is give advice. If you want a definitive, legally bound answer, then you'd have to go to the source - in other words, contact Microsoft. We certainly cannot speak for their legal or licensing department.

Hi

You are right about that I have to ask Microsoft

And by default if I can contact Microsoft for this question I will not open a question

But when you answer me that I have to contact Microsoft

I can't take this as a useful answer for me

But anyway let the moderator decide and i will accept his decision

No problem I will open license case with Microsoft for this issue

Thanks anyway
