Quickprint in Outlook 2010 fails to print the attachment: Cannot find the temp file in the Content:Outlook temp folder

When printing PDFs via the 'quickprint' option in Outlook they fail, with an error message stating the file could not be found in: (the Outlook secure temp folder). While opening files manually in Outlook I see the files populate in the temp folder, and close properly when the attachment is closed. Additionally, when working properly, I can see the temp file populating in the temp folder on quickprint as well.

However, while the problem occurs, watching the folder when performing 'quickprint' the files are not created and the error is thrown stating the file is not found.

Any thoughts?

@Christ Harold: Thanks for the thought and added info on the other forums. Only this user is affected and multiple others are on the same patch levels without issues. I will continue to research until a patch is released.

@jackie: Yep, first thing I did. All cleared out. When the file is opened by quickprint I see the temp file appear, then disappear. Then the message comes up that the file does not exist in the temp folder. When I manually open the file the temp file appears and when the attachment is closed it clears out.

For what it's worth, I think the issue resides with the temp file deleting when the application closes. It creates the file, attempts to access the filename it created, but before the print the file is deleted so it no longer is available - hence the error. Need to find out how to keep that file/ application open during quickprint I think.
Try to clear the Internet Temporary files, restart computer and try again

Your case is more or less the same with the  problem in the above link.

If the user opens the email and do a quickprint of the attachment, does it go through?
If still no go, the user profile of Windows is corrupted. Try to create a new user and do a test.
Thanks for that link - already reviewed. Not using Adobe, using foxit, but did install Adobe to test.

Ive confirmed the issue also affects the printing of word and notepad files along with PDFs, but not Excel - no issues with those.

Office 2010 Standard for this User.
""If the user opens the email and do a quickprint of the attachment, does it go through?""

I will test.

Also, I did remove the windows and email profiles and rebuilt as suggested above, just forgot to provide that update. Did not help; all profiles new and old were affected.
