Exchange 2016 CU5

I'm just wondering if this link is still valid and needed for Exchange 2016 CU5 or was this just necessary for Exchange 2013?

since there is still that possibility, should it be implemented in 2016?
Applies to section says 2013. So it applies to 2013 only not to 2016. Share an error you are getting for 2016.
Not really getting an error but I just built up the DAG and added all the member nodes, and the initial seeding fails on every single DB, when i add a copy. The content index is always failed or failed and suspended. I have to run
Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy DB\server -CatalogOnly -BeginSeed

I have to do this every single time, and the replay queue is really slow even though there are no mailboxes on the DBs.
How many NIC's you have on Exchange server?
I have 1 NIC on each server and IP-less DAG.
Are these VM's or Physical Server. Did you ran Cluster Validation test? If not, run it.
VMs
vmware
4 CPUs
28GB RAM
I am sure all VM tools are upto date.
yes they are.
