Dell Venu Rear Camera Light On all the time

Dell Venue 5055 Pro.
Windows 10 32Bit Home.

This tablet has the rear light on all the time.  I have searched and don't see any info on how to resolve.  So I am coming to the Experts instead of wasting hours on google.

If anyone has anything for me to try.  Let me know.

Thanks very much in advance.

I don't have 4 hours to waste talking with someone who's first language is not English.  Dell support is absolutely horrible and would never recommend a Dell.

This particular tablet has been sent back to Dell 6 times.  Now it is here at my shop.  They said it is fixed, but it is not.

PASS THE BUCK as they say.

Anthony, you are correct 14) is a WiFi Status light.  The client believes this is killing his battery as it is on all the time.   Does anyone know if it has a setting to turn off?

Thanks for your replies. :)

As Jackie Man said, I doubt this kills the battery, it's only a small light. If it does, it's bad manufacturing. But it's worth a shot.

If it doesn't, best is to check if the CPU/RAM is being hogged somewhere. You can take a look in the Task Manager for it. Also SSD activity should be monitored.

Dell Personal support is awful in my opinion as well, but Dell Business support is rather decent. I have had no trouble with that.
