make inkscape draw names programatically

I have a list of 493 peeople buried in section B of the local cemetery.  I know which “lot” in the section and which of the 12 grave sites in the particular lot they are buried in.  Using Inkscape, I have drawn the names of the dead people in sections C, CE, D, and E. I was going to draw this section too but is there any way to have inkscape do it automatically from a csv file of the name, lot, and grave site that I can easily make from the spreadsheet I already have?

Are the 'grave' boxes text boxes or just rectangles?

They are currently just rectangles that I drew in inkscape (under ubuntu OS).  My sister (job as cemetery bookkeeper) told me the size of a lot and a casket.  I just drew it to learn inkscape.  They aren't machinists or surveyors and so they don't seem to be real picky about sizes. I'm not an expert at inkscape but please don't ask me to go back to microsoft.
I was thinking that you might be able to save your work as an SVG file and add the text there.
my file "redbok" (nobody knows why it's called that) is a spreadsheet. I want to put the namrd th the at are in the "b" section of the cemetery onto the appropriate inkcapr picture of a grave lot.  I don't think I can save my spreadsheet as svg.  I would upload my picture of a lot bu EE doesn't take svg images.  my spreadshdo yt is on goole drive and i can download it in openoffice format if you want it.  do you need the spreadsheet or some version of the pic?
