blocking future phone calls beyond my list of 20 numbers I already added

I want to block android 6 spam phone calls with my samsung galaxy s6

if I install
"mr number"

then I will be prompted with 3 choices whenever I make a phone call
phone
skype
mr number

I like having 2 choices because sometimes I want to call with skype

is there another way to block spam calls THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PREVIOUSLY?
