I have the following Function:

Public Function GetEmployerGroups(ByVal lineOfBusiness As String, ByRef lobSrc As String, ByVal EffDate As Date) As List(Of EmployerGroup)
      Dim results As List(Of EmployerGroup) = From gp In Gp_Benefit_Matrixes _
                                      Join gc In GroupContracts On gp.GroupContractPeriodID Equals gc.GroupContractPeriodID _
                                      Join gs In GroupStructures On gc.GroupStructureID Equals gs.GroupStructureID _
                                      Where (EffDate >= gc.ContractDate And EffDate <= gc.ExpirationDate) AndAlso _
                                      gs.SubGroupp.Length > 0 AndAlso _
                                      gp.Business = lineOfBusiness _
                                      Order By gs.Division, gs.SubGroupp Ascending _
                                      Select New EmployerGroup() With _
                                             {.Division = gs.Division, _
                                              .Name = gs.Groupp, _
                                              .Region = gs.Region _
                                             } Distinct.ToList()
        Return results
    End Function

But the application received unsorted data. Any suggestions why? Do I do anything wrong?

This is working fine. Thank you, Fernando one more time. I do appreciate it.
