Does shutdown/start randomly or always at a specified time? If the latter then there may be a shutdown schedule script running.
That looks like an intentional restart, maybe after parameter changes.

Dear Wayne88,
This occurs first and last time. It never happened before.
Dear Qlemo,
How can we know that this is intentional restart and how we know that parameter changes ?

Someone did it. There is no way for us to tell you how you can find out - who has access as a sysdba to Oracle or is admin on the server machine?
on a complete side note:
why would you set max_parallel_servers so high when you only allow 800 sessions/processes ?
Adjusting the default value of parameter parallel_max_servers
from 1280 to 770 due to the value of parameter processes (800)
oracle fixes this implicitely

Thanks for the info.
My query and management question is , what are the possible reasons for DB to restart.
1) User has performed it . = How can we know which user and from where ?
2) Oracle has done this by its self. = How can we know Oracle did it by some proof ?
3) System (Operating System) has done this. = How can we know System has done this ?
We need to provide proof to management.
Thanks
