Disabeld users still apear in Skype For Business

Hi

A customer has a Skype For Business setup, running on Office365 with On-Premiss Exchange server. We have a issue with disabled users who still appers in Skype for business contacts with a "presence unknown"

We have enabled "hide from address list" in Exchange admin module
In AD atribute editor msExchHideFromAddressLists = True
Deleted cached files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sip_username@contoso.com
Deleted everything in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync
Deleted everything in the tracing folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\Tracing

Nothing works, the disabled users still appear in the contactlist in Skype

Any thoughts?

Kind regards
Lars

Remove the sip addresses from the account, that should then remove them from skype for business

That was it, the user had manually added the contact in her Outlook, and Outlook then synced the contact into Skype
