Thanks Amit, though this was proving too difficult - I worked around the issue by deleting the public folders themselves after transferring the data into normal mailboxes.<br />

We are trying to move all public folders from one Exchange 2010 PF database to another, which is hosted on another server.<br />
<br />

<ul>
<li>The PF databases are mounted on each server and have sufficient disk space.</li>
<li>Mail is flowing between the two servers, and user mailboxes have migrated across fine.</li>
<li>We have run MoveAllReplicas.ps1 and ReplaceReplicaOnPFRecursiv<wbr />e.ps1 and these hasn't worked.</li>
<li>Get-PublicFolderStatistics<wbr />, when run on each server, show that the public folders themselves have replicated, but only a small number of items have moved across. </li>
<li>We have waited over a week for this process, and have run the command multiple times, so we feel that sufficient time has elapsed.</li>
