IOS contact sync issue with office 365
Has anyone experienced problem syncing contacts on IOS or iPhone contacts of user, after migrating to office 365. As per MS suggestions, I made office 365 as default contacts after enabling office 365 on default IOS mail apps and I still don't see the address added to my boss Office 365 by his PA populated on IOS contacts it is not synching contacts to IOS, although updated contacts shows on Outlook 2016 for MAC and OWA

I disable Cloud Contacts in iPhone to make iPhone sync with Outlook. Cloud Contacts are in Settings.
By default, iOS contacts will not sync with Office 365 contacts and you need to use a third-party tool to do the sync like the one below.

Besides, Apple wants to be the center of everything and you need to make iCloud contacts as default contacts.

I was able to turn that feature completely OFF. It may be the default setting, but it does not need to remain so.

Does it mean first I make Office 365 as default contacts - Go to contacts again disabled and delete I cloud and select save contacts to device - Enable Icloud contacts again and merge - and make I cloud as default contacts

But the above is a manual one way sync from Office 365 to iCloud contacts and you need to do it manually when there is any change. So, a third party tool is needed if you have many contacts

Does codetwo works with Outlook 2016 for MAC? Or it only supports windows version of outlook?

I am still waiting for a fix or third party solution that would make contacts work without disabling IOS contacts, as my boss would want both

my issue is related synching office 365 contact to IOS not the other way around. IFTTT main web page suggest the fix which is reverse on my issue, unless it is suppose to work both ways but it does no show on the description of main page
