Exchange 2016 Client Access internal failed after Migration from 2010

Hello Experts.
We have migrated from 2010 to 2016 exchange.
My Systems are German, sorry for eventually wrong translated System-names.

Internal Users could not connect "server store is not available" except if the connect with activated Anywhere connection.
Maybe a hint could be that the serverroles in ECP doesn't show the client Access- and HUB-Transport-roles for the new 2016. The 2010 have this roles.
I also found another strange problem:
if I want to configure the "External Domain Connect" in ECP / Server / Virtual directory / "the little tool-Symbol" and press the + Symbol there are no Elements to coose.
But I don't know if this does matter.
Thanks for quick Answers.

Thanks.
Only one Role - accepted Info.
Outlook Anywhere was enabled on 2010 and is enabled on 2016. It seems we can only connect with Outlook Anywhere internal Clients also.
There are no servers to select.

OWA seems to work normal except search in Public Folders - That doesn't work also in Outlook Client

Autodiscover with SRV Record from external seems ok - TestExchangeConnectivity has only two little Warnings.
