Tabbed form question

I have a tabbed form in access. Right now if someone begins to enter data then realizes they are on the wrong form for example they will click the correct form tab but the data will get added into the table. How do I stop the data from being entered if they click another tab? I have an add record button so that is the only way I want the data to be recorded is if they click that button.

I attached the form I am working on so maybe you can understand better. If you start typing in the first tab form which is RMA then switch to the INTERNAL form the data from the RMA form will be recorded.
