Combine Vlookup with indirect sheet reference

In the attached sheet, how can I combine the Vlookup with the indirect function in the May 2017 sheet so that the salary is found for each individual based on their works number and the sheet that data is in e.g. for the users in blue, their data is on a sheet that is NOT Admin, so I'm getting an error message how can I use the Indirect function to get this to change automatically for the sheet reference? Thank you
