Windows Server 2012 R2 - what log will have IP addresses of RDP/RemoteApp connection attempts?
Hi Experts,
We have a number of RemoteApps that we licence to clients.
One of our clients cannot connect and they claim our Server is blocking their IP address.
I don't believe we are intentionally blocking any IP addresses.
What log(s) and event text do I need to look for to see connection attempts?
Regards,
Leigh

Well, it could be blocked either at the server OR firewall level. You really should be checking both.

This solution is only available to members.
To access this solution, you must be a member of Experts Exchange.
You can do simple test.
If you have Exchange server then ask them to telnet to your Exchange server name.
If they going to be able get response then you'll be sure that you're not blocking their IP.
If they will not then you must look for some white list on your firewall and simple add they IP to list.
