Network Computers and DNS

I am trying to determine why all the PCs on my network are not showing up when I click on my Network icon.  I can see all the PCs that on my local segment, but PCs that are at other building do not appear under my domain.  I know they're all list in AD and I have discovery and file and print sharing turn on for all PCs.  Could there be something misconfigured in DNS?

Thanks
Bob

Yes but it's connected under the same site in active directory or connected via WAN connexion ?

It is connected via a WAN connection.  All PCs are configured in AD under the same Domain.

You need to concentrate on Master Browser...Its an old feature which is responsible for listing computers in the list.
Also make sure the Computer Browser service is running on all those machines
