Best Hard drive Cloning Software

I know this is going to open up all sorts of suggestions as to what is best however I would like to know peoples feelings on the best HD cloning software. I would also like to know their pitfalls as to what to watch out for.

I have 2 Windows XP DELL PC's running some legacy software and I am afraid that their could be a possible HD failure at some point during the year.

Any suggestions (Pros and Cons) would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

I've always liked Symantec Ghost the best. Been using it for over 15 years (when it was Norton Ghost).

I use Acronis products from home to enterprise.  I used Norton Ghost for some time but switched to Acronis because I find them more flexible.  Mind you I stopped using Ghost since W7 came out so they may have improved their software.

The Acronis products I was referring to are Acronis True Image and Disk Director.
i have also used the Paragon software and Casper, and was happy with the result
Paragon seems faster to me
Well my suggestion is to try them all and pick the one you're comfortable with, really I prefer Norton Ghost but recently I learned how to use the Microsoft build in tools and command line to build my images and I love it cause I'm able to remove user/admin profile - no hardware specifics and have the image bootable on a usb--so now a full restore from start to finished I clocked it at 16 mins -- with everything installed -- the most I do after this is let it run updates.
