Domino Administration - How to view all users who have authenticated via the web.

Hello,

I need to see which users have opened dbs on an old 6.5 server via the web.  Is this possible with the 6.5 Admin client?  If not does any one have any suggestions?

Ah, you mean you want to see the users who are currently logged in and using a database? I'm not quite sure, R6.5 is a looong time ago for me, but I think it wasn't really possible to find out who is logged in at the moment via HTTP. Some things you could do, from a Console:
- show users
- show sessions

Or else, upgrade to Domino R9...

No, it isn't.  I'm using a variety of things to amass a list of users who still use the domino servers but nothing clearly logs the users accessing doclinks and open the app in IE.
But you can see user activity in the log.nsf database, under ... er... Usage... ;-)

There might be agents active, they also count as user activity.
Yes I can see that but none of the web people ever show up.  Just client users....
Was afraid of that. Then you could activate session logging, into the log.nsf database, and scan the Miscellaneous section for user activity.

It's the Log_Sessions variable in notes.ini, see also https://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/log_sessions-enables-additional-session-logging

But, I'm not even sure those line appear for web users in R6.5...

These users open a web enabled page with an embedded view.  They don't do anything apart from review the documents.
Christopher, i am not quite sure if he weadmin.nsf was existing in R6.5, too. But give it a try and tye in the www.domain.com/webadmin.nsf and login with your admin credentials. Then you will see a domino admin client likely front end.
Just navigate tab server, then status and then internet users ... there you will see the actual authenticated users ... but beware of anonymous user , these you will not get listed !

Cheers
