Built-in chrome Flash not working

I placed online.tivo.com as a Flash exception and now I got the spinning wheel. I have to play around w this remove or remove/reinstall chrome
1.On your computer, open Chrome.
2.In the address bar at the top, enter Chrome://components and press Enter.
3.Under "Adobe Flash Player," click Check for update and wait to complete.
4.Restart Chrome.
5.Go back to the page with the Flash content. If it doesn't load automatically, at the top left, click Reload.

yeah, I checked that already. It contains the latest and greatest Flash.
