Backup NAS to Cloud

looking  to Backup 1 Q-NAP NAS box to Cloud.

Require expertise in selection of right cloud provider.

NAS contains FileShares and some  backup image files.
Total files size 800GB.
Future file growth in 5 years @ 2.5 TB

From your experience who would you recommend solution of this size.

thank you all for such great information.
My other question is when i backup to the Cloud, lets say Amazon S3. Am i protected from Ransomware if all my shared files gets encrypted.
One on the major reason for cloud backup is to mitigate this risk.
Yes, if you not using some direct connections to the cloud like Drives

Qnap has its own backup feature which allows backing up on local,remote and cloud storages, however some may find the process of setting qnap backup complex and tough to manage, you can try any 3rd party backup software such as Veeam/Backup exec or Cloudberry backup for less amount of daily data churn as they come handy with setup instruction and also have proper support from the software provider.

i have gone with Qnap built-in utility and Amazon .
Though if i did not have QNap,  Cloudberry would be the other  solution,
