Wordpress site on Godaddy hosting server
Hello I have an hosted account with Go daddy with several websites, one of my sites got hit with some malware and normally I just log into the server and restore one of the 30 day backups but I just found out Go Daddy no longer does the 30 day backups of the hosting server so now my dilemma redo the site or fix the malware issue which I never have done, and go daddy is not assisting much with the problem .... Any suggestions
you may have to hire someone to fix the malware issue for you

Cam I assume malware cleaning is not as easy as running malwarebytes on a pc to remove? Is this type of job expensive ?

I have tried to enable debug in wp_config but the site is still coming up a blank white page. any suggestions?
Install a second WordPress site, same version and replace all admin folders (not wp_config etc.). When you can get into Admin, disable all plugins

I enabled WP_DEBUG but it did not create a debug.log file so I created it manually and set permissions to 777. however it is still not logging anything in the debug.log file.
this is what I typed in the wp-config.php:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
What could be wrong?

In your shoes I would just redo the site. But also, I would try to make sure to have the latest version of WP, and be sure to secure it properly. I watch phishing emails all the time that point to pages created on hacked WordPress sites.
@Deerek11, best to open a new question about getting your debug.log file working, as this is a new topic + might take a bit to work through.
Likely someone can help you get your logging working quickly.
