Well the issue was actually that the Remote Desktop Program was the updated one you download apparently. &nbsp;It was not allowing specific file types like excel spreadsheets be saved in the shared directories

We have about five remote users that connect from the field using Remote Desktop to be able to access information in designated folders.<br />

These users need to have the ability copy for transfer the files back to the local machines. How would I set this up.
