We have a 2 node 2012R2 cluster at site A. &nbsp;Cluster was built and is functioning properly. &nbsp;We recently added a non cluster NIC whose sole purpose is to send traffic to a specific subnet at site B across a site to site VPN. &nbsp; No gateway on the non cluster NIC.<br />

We added a Windows routing statement &nbsp;route add -p &nbsp;xxx.xxx.xx.xx mask xxx.xxx.xx.xxx. &lt;Gateway&gt; if &lt;interface number of new non cluster nic&gt;<br />

The problem is that Windows is ignoring the route add statement and sending the traffic over the cluster interface. &nbsp; We have this same configuration in a Windows 2008 R2 cluster and it works properly. &nbsp; Non clustered machines work as expected by routing the specific traffic out the specified interface.<br />
